For Children
Remedial Yoga for children provides a balanced and safe environment for a child to practice yoga and feel empowered. Sessions are either home based or at one of our calming venues. Children’s one to one sessions are a combination of structural alignment modifying yoga poses, yogic games for fun, breath awareness for inner peace and lessons in learning how to relax. The yogic method used for Children is fun and purposeful. All Yoga Jo Teacher’s are fully CRB checked and hold a St John’s Ambulance Emergency First Aid Certificate.
