Saturday morning one to one sessions are available with prior bookings.

Our Yoga Helpline is available Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. If calling after those hours, please leave a message and we will call you back.

Our Yoga Classes are available Monday - Wednesday. Please refer to our Community Class Schedule.

Our Holistic Therapies are available Thursday and Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Yoga in Milton Keynes News

The British Wheel of Yoga are increasing their alliance with medical research into the effects of yoga. The BWY has commissioned some research from Sheffield University, due to be published in early 2012, into the therapeutic and medical benefits of yoga. This is vital at a time when the medical profession is beginning to actively ask questions about the benefits to health offered by yoga. "Yoga Health" is making a strong case for yoga benefits.
